What the Assembly was about
The meeting combined heritage conservation with current cost questions, and asked what conservation requirements do to budgets and programme on a historic site.
The theme
“Heritage, Sustainability and Innovation” put three demands that often pull against each other on the same table — preserving what exists, meeting today’s environmental targets, and keeping it affordable.

Delegates visited the Corte Citadel renovation and saw how conservation requirements shape budgets and programme on a historic site.
